Throughout my career, I have worked both for IT service providers and within internal IT departments — from System Engineer to Team Lead, and later as Head of ICT / CIO.

My focus is on analysing complex ICT environments quickly, assessing risks realistically, and developing sustainable and secure solutions. Technology is not the main driver — the actual value it brings to organisations, employees, and leadership teams is what matters.
